Inked Chartreuse and Flown Series, Peacock and Pecan

One of the best things about the papernstitch website thus far for me has been the people that I have “met” through the site. Amy Henderson, of Morphologie and Aqua Velvet, is one of the people that I have been fortunate enough to correspond back and fourth with. She is so sweet and has some really AMAZING work (jewelry and prints). Above are a couple example of her jewelry and below are some examples of her art.

Detail Shots. Diving Beauty, NYC Coney Island and The Elephant Men, NYC Coney Island

I wanted to mention that Amy was recently interviewed for Japan’s FlashFilm site, and it was such a great interview, I wanted to share it with everyone. Here’ s what the Japanese version looks like (just for kicks). But you can read the English version right here.

Congratulations Amy on this interview and keep up the good work! For more from Morphologie, click here or here. And for more from Aqua Velvet, click here or here.

I love Amy’s work! She is such a talented illustrator and designer — and her Japanese feature is just the start of her international stardom ;)
